Next up we went on the suspension railway, which takes you to a wonderful viewing point above the city and the Elbe river

After our railway trips we wandered down towards the river and found a tourist boat just ready to go so we hopped on.

We ended up at Pillnitz Palace, formerly a summer home for Dresden royalty
